Easy Application

The paintable liquid and paste marking materials may be applied to surfaces with a brush, sponge or air sprayer and then dried before laser fusing. After Fusing, any excess paintable liquid or paste can be cleaned from the surface by simply rinsing with water.

Aerosols are used similarly to the liquids and pastes except they can be directly and conveniently sprayed onto the surface to be marked. Any excess aerosol ink that remains after laser fusing can be cleaned from the surface by simply rinsing with water, too.

Transfer tape can be conveniently and easily applied to surfaces using its own light adhesive. This ink does not require any drying before laser fusing. After fusing, the tape is simply lifted from the surface, carrying away any excess marking material. The used tape is then discarded. To obtain a high contrast, high resolution mark, the substrate material surface must be sufficiently smooth and regular for the tape to conform closely to the surface with excellent laser bonding.
